last time we spoke
i was half way to my goal of 2-zero-zero elbees
well, as of today i'm much closer
204 - net loss of 38 pounds (15.7%)
recently i have been as low as 202
but that was just a first date, not going steady
this is week 52 of my ordeal
at this rate i'm not gonna be in any commercials
but i am quite happy with my progress (degress?)

199 is just around the corner, jackie

anyhoo, the reason i'm posting now, is because
i'm listening to the siren call of my music
and am feeling nostalgic
