mom and i continuing our
"this is a computer not a ferocious beast" tutorial
we do this at mom's local libary
[the libary that harbours the encyclopedias
that i copied directly from in order to satisfy
my high school teachers]

i am totally (common current vernacular) into my
gym routine
but i still can be easily derailed
so in order not to be so, i get up at 830 AM
to go to the gym
from the moment "i" drag myself out of bed
to the time "i" am about 10 minutes into the stepmaster
"i" am 2 two people with with 2 different agendas
one of us wants to sleep
one of us wants to stay in the cardio groove

my mind tricks my body into moving

set the alarm for 830 am
830 am!!!
ok now get up put on your gym shorts
why, im just going back to bed
dont think just do it
ok
now put on your sneakers
why
just do it
ok
now start walking to the gym
...ok
careful crossing the street
wait for the walk sign!!!
what? why? WHOA, THAT WAS CLOSE

once i crack my sweat

and thats because its in the bedroon

makes perfect sense (in my world)

there is nothing as exciting as play-off hockey

in real life:
kid being born
sibs getting married
winning lottario
and last but not least,
getting laid
are great and substancial
but aint none of that gonna happen
again soon, if ever

which brings me back to play-off hockey
[albiet im still holding out
for one more kick at the can
...and i aint talking about
"falling in love again"
as much as that would be fantasico

this year in our play-off hockey pool
im going with the rangers and anaheim
all my eggs are in 2 baskets baby
which means i can still root
calgary or the habs to all the way

NHL play-off hockey is THE most KILLER
taxing sport finish
NFL - 4 games
SOCCER - ouch, that guy hurt my feelings
RUGBY - could've count but they TIP like shit

mom and me had our 3rd email tutorial today
and her "inbox" was conspicuously absent
of emails from her adoring kids
